What can I say.. What a great bunch of guys.
Pressbay have looked after my Citroen Relay since I got it 2 years ago after a recommendation from another garage. Their work has been outstanding on each occasion and on my last visit to them yesterday (7th Oct) where I had issues with my van and just stopped there on the off chance they might have a look. They immediately road tested my van and ran a diagnostic and identified the issue and had parts on order within 30 mins of me turning up.. AND I DIDNT EVEN HAVE AN APPOINTMENT !!
They also changed some bulbs they noticed that were blown and topped up my levels (Work I did not ask them to do)...
This level of customer service is rare and refreshing to see.
I strongly recommended them to anyone who needs any kind of mechanical work done on either their van or car.
All the guys are very friendly and I wanna say a big thanks to Dan and a Russell for always looking after me.
